Welcome to Deyna

By creating a store and using our platform, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to protect both sellers and buyers, while making sure Deyna remains a trusted place for social commerce in Nigeria.

1. Using Deyna

Platform Guidelines

Deyna is an enabler — we provide you with tools to showcase your products and share your store link across social media.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your product details, prices, and availability.
You must use Deyna in line with Nigerian laws and regulations.

2. What You Can't Sell

Prohibited Items

To keep buyers safe, sellers must not list:

Illegal or counterfeit goods
Drugs, weapons, or restricted items
Fraudulent services or misleading products

⚠️ Any store found selling such items may be removed without notice.

3. Your Responsibility

Seller Obligations

All sales, deliveries, and payments are between you (the seller) and your customers.
Deyna is not a bank, we don't hold or process your payments directly. We only provide the storefront.
If there's a dispute between you and a buyer, it's your responsibility to resolve it fairly.

4. Intellectual Property

Content Rights

Only upload product images and descriptions you own or have permission to use.
Respect other sellers' content. Don't copy or steal listings.

5. Suspension or Removal

Enforcement

Deyna may suspend or remove any account found violating these terms, breaking the law, or creating a harmful experience for customers.

6. Changes to Terms

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. If major changes are made, we'll let you know.
